Take cuttings from the ends of old growth branches at least 6 inches long.
Remove all leaves except the top bit of foliage.
Cut the bottom of the cutting at a 45 degree angle 1/4 inch below the last node.

Dip cutting in rooting hormone and then place into pot filled with potting soil. Depending on pot size, you may place many cuttings into one pot.
Place in tray and water the pots. Also add 1/4 inch of water to the bottom of the tray.
Place in part sun / mostly shade until cuttings are rooted. After rooting, they are ready to transplant into individual pots.

After initial watering, add water to the tray and not directly to the pots. Pulling up gently on the cuttings is a good way to see it they are taking root. If they move freely, they are not rooted. If you feel some resistance, they are more than likely taking root.
